What is Primary Memory in English

There are two types of primary memory

Random Access Memory (RAM)
Read Only Memory (ROM)

1.Random Access Memory

This memory is also called as temporary memory of the computer. There is no data store in it. As long as the computer is on, the data or program is stored temporarily in RAM and the computer processor can use this to get the required data. Uses data and all the data gets deleted as soon as you shut down the computer, so do this RAM (Volatile Memory)

What is the type of RAM

There are three types of RAM

 Dynamic RAM
 Synchronous RAM
 Static RAM

1-Dynamic RAM

This is called as DRAM, the DRAM has a data memory cell store, each memory cell consists of a transistor and a capacitor, with a small amount of data stored, but about 4 seconds later the memory cell controls the memory. Refresh Refresh means that they rewrite the data, so DRAM is quite slow, but it is less power than other memory Eats and is not bad for a long time.

2-Synchronous RAM

Synchronous RAM is faster than DRAM, because it refreshes faster than DRAM, synchronous RAM refreshes with CPU Clock Speed, so it can transfer data faster.

3-Static RAM

It is known as SRAM, Static RAM is less refreshed but it keeps the data in memory for longer, it stores the data as long as the system gets the current it very fast. Static RAM accesses the data store until it is refreshed, it is also called Cache Ram, what is Cache Memory.

2-Read Only Memory(ROM)

It is a temporary memory ROM's full name is read only memory, the data or programs that are inserted while preparing it are not finished even after the computer is switched off, the data stored in ROM is not destroyed. also called volatile memory

What is the type of ROM

There are three types of ROM 

PROM (Programmable Read Only Memory)
EPROM (Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory)
EEPROM (Electrical Programmable Read Only Memory)

1- PROM (Programmable Read Only Memory)

PROM means programmable read only memory can be stored only once, ie it cannot be erased and cannot be changed.

2- EPROM (Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory)

The full form of EPROM is Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory, it is similar to PROM, but the program stored in it can be erased only by ultraviolet rays and new programs are stored. Can be done

3- EEPROM (Electrical Programmable Read Only Memory)

The full name of  EEPROM is Electrical Programmable Read Only Memory, a new technology is also EEPROM, in which programs can be erased from memory by method.
